.1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a control apparatus for a suspension system for vehicles, such as automobiles. 2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional control apparatus for a suspension system, when a vehicle is running over a crossroad at a speed higher than a predetermined speed, the vehicle is put in a so-called slow-down state. In this case, the torque which can be supplied from the engine is reduced to decrease the rotational speed of the input shaft of the transmission in order to reduce the speed of the engine, and at the same time, the torque which can be supplied from the transmission to the rear wheel is reduced by the hydraulic servo. In this case, if a differential operation is also reduced due to a skid in the wheels, the torque to be supplied to the rear wheel is reduced to an extent of the skid in the wheels. Thus, the speed of the rear wheel decreases, and at the same time, the rotational speed of the input shaft of the transmission decreases, resulting in that the speed of the engine decreases. When the speed of the engine is decreased due to a decrease in the torque to be supplied to the rear wheel, the amount of increase in the torque to be supplied to the rear wheel due to the skid in the wheels is reduced to an extent corresponding to the reduced speed of the engine. This results in that the increase in the torque to be supplied to the rear wheel due to the skid in the wheels decreases to a considerable extent. However, the increase in the speed of the rear wheel due to the increase in the torque to be supplied to the rear wheel is gradually increasing. Thus, the vehicle travels over the crossroad as it is still traveling in the slow-down state. In this case, the vehicle may become in a state in which the wheels are not aligned, and may jump over the crossroad. Therefore, according to the conventional apparatus, it is impossible to conduct the control to make the vehicle travel over the crossroad safely. On the other hand, in a conventional apparatus, the hydraulic servo is driven for a predetermined time by receiving a predetermined number of servo operation signals by driving a solenoid valve in accordance with a predetermined timing. In the conventional apparatus, however, when the number of servo operation signals is small, or when the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic servo is insufficient, the hydraulic pressure is increased by receiving servo operation signals from the solenoid
